POSITION:                    Guest Service Representative

REPORTS TO:                Corporate Training Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Guest Service Advisor contributes to the success of Ultimate Exposure by resolving all inbound customer service calls.   Including Join the Club.   Creating a one source information desk for Ultimate Exposures customers and employees.    

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1st primary function is to handle/resolve inbound calls

Respond to all Customer Service voice mails

Respond to all Join the Club calls and voice mails

Maintain Customer Service database

Track all calls by salon, employee, and by issue

Help desk for the salons

Join the Club retention

Monthly follow-up survey calls to all Join the Club disconnected customers

Maintain Retention database

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED
