I have been tanning at the New Lenox location for almost a year now, and I wanted to share with you that the girls that work at this location are truly a delight! I have referred quite a few people to this location based on my experience. They are always helpful, and never in a hurry to brush you off if you have questions on products, etc no matter how many people are there. I now have my mother tanning at this location-she use to tan at the Joliet location. Now some of the girls transferred from Joliet to New Lenox, and she loves it. Thank you for making tanning at your location a great experience! I will continue to refer more people.

I would like to compliment two employees at the Orland Park store, Sean Brosnas and Elizabeth McCarthy (Store Manager).
My first visit to the store was to inquire about the different packages. As I sat and waited for the lady in front of me to finish her business I noticed how clean the facility was. The other thing that interested me was the friendly way the lady in front of me was treated. The same employee, very knowledgeable and professionally explained the packages and polices to me. At that time I new this was the place I would like to tan. I immediately signed up. I later found out this employees name was Sean.
It does not stop there. On return visits I meet Elizabeth. This girls bubbly personality and friendly smile made me as well as other clients feel welcome. I was impressed even more when Elizabeth started to greet me by my first name when I entered the door. Wow, she actually took time to remember her clients names.
Needless to say I am very impressed and pleased the way these two individuals treat there clients.
If you have any recognition awards I highly recommend these two employees and or store should be on top of the list

I have been a spray-tan member at Ultimate Exposure on Golf Road in Arlington Heights for a few years now, and since you’ve been there, I have noticed I enjoy going there even more.
Every time I visit, you’re always there to welcome me with a cheerful smile, and you always call me by name. I’m really impressed that you always know what I want before I even tell you. You also have a way of recommending products that fit my needs perfectly, like the Leg Perfector, of which I just bought multiple tubes.
Since I’m moving, and this is my last day of the spray tan membership for a while, I’m not sure when the next time is I’ll see you. So I wanted to give you a big thanks for making my experience at Ultimate Exposure such a pleasant one. I am sending a copy of this to Ultimate Exposure headquarters.

This is the best place I have tanned at in the world. Your staff is to nice and very helpful. I have never seen people in my life like them. I love it so much and I am trying to get a job there. i love seeing their happy faces.

Hello, I wanted to let you know what a great job I think your employees do. I have been a Gold Club Member for years and have been to a couple of locations; I started out in Schaumburg, went to Arlington Heights occasionally and then moved into the city so the Irving Park & Harlem location was closer for me. I'm now back in Schaumburg. All of the girls are extremely nice, but the manager, Regina and the person that I see working almost as many hours, Ewelina are extra special. These girls always have a smile on their face and seem to know every customer. Not only do they say "hi" to every customer, they seem to take a genuine interest in conversations with them. Sometimes I've got to wonder how they do it - the beds are constantly in use and it gets rather warm in there, but they never lose their smiles. They've never steered me wrong on a purchase yet and Regina has even ordered discontinued lotions when I've asked. Whenever I pull up in a parking space, they have my name up on the computer screen and are ready to go. I recently brought a friend with me who wasn't sure about the whole tanning process, but the girls made her feel comfortable and now she's a Gold Club Member too!

I have been visiting your location for about a year. Typically I do not take
time to write notes of recommendations. However, I am so impressed with two
of your employees' customer service, I was compelled to let you know.
Kristina Mantucca and Robin Wilson are exceptional. They always recognize
me and know me by name, even if it has been weeks since I've stopped by. The
individualized attention makes me feel like an important and valued customer.
All of the clientele are treated similarly. It seems like a genuine concern
for the people who visit and not an obligatory greeting.
It is great to see such good work ethics and a pleasure to use your
location.

To whom it may concern,
I joined Ultimate Exposure in Evanston over 1 year ago. I have since
transferred my membership to the Clark St. location in Lincoln Park. I just
want to comment on how friendly and professional your staff are at this
location. The environment is always friendly, the equipment is always clean
and the bathroom is always spotless. I recently experienced the rather
stressful issue of losing my cell phone. I called the store and insisted
that I left it in a booth. Clint responded sympathetically and assured me
that he checked every booth, but found no phone. I have to admit, I was
upset. I again insisted that I left the phone there. He said he'd check
again and call me back at home. He promptly did a short while later. Again
no phone. I later found the phone in my car. I must admit that Clint,
Sheila and the rest of the staff were more than patient with me and
continued to try to assist me. Excellent customer service is not often
found in such transient employment fields and I just wanted to let you know
that you have a wonderful staff at your Lincoln Park location.

I am a new to the whole tanning scene and just wanted to point out the
great help I had with tanning at the Ultimate Exposure at Evanston. Her name
is Anna and she is always so helpful and is very friendly, she makes
tanning enjoyable when I come in. I just want to say how great she is and thank you

"When I first signed up as a Gold Club Member, I was tanning at the
Cumberland location. I have since moved, and am now tanning at the Wicker
Park location. I have also tanned at your location near Irving Park and
Harlem. I work in customer service and I understand that people usually only
write letters filled with complaints. I would like to make you aware of the
wonderful service I am receiving at your Wicker Park location.
First of all, this location is wonderful. The beds are always clean.
The staff is fabulous. I would like to mention two of your employees in
particular. Ray-Ray, and Jennifer. They both remember me by name when I
walk in the door, which makes my visits that much more enjoyable. They're
both very polite, and have a great sense of humor. Ray-Ray is a newer
employee than Jennifer, but already, I feel as though I've known him for a
very long time. Jennifer is always willing to discuss new products with me,
and is extremely knowledgeable. She is always telling me when new products
come out that she thinks I might like. Both employees are committed to
helping me to obtain the best tanning experience possible. The other
employees at this location are nice as well, but the personalities of
Jennifer and Ray-Ray stand out above any employees at any of your locations.
They're always smiling when I walk in the door, and always tell me to have a
nice day, with extreme sincerity.
I feel it is very important to point out something or someone that
makes any experience more enjoyable, no matter where it is. I know
management doesn't always get to hear these kinds comments, and I hope you
appreciate them. I know that I always appreciate it when my customers write

When I moved, I was concerned I wouldn't find another Ultimate Exposure nearby, however there was one right across the street! "I have been a Gold Club Member at the Lemont Location for about 2 months now, and although it is going through reconstruction, I am happy to say that the service is wonderful. Nannette is usually there when I am there and she goes out of her way to make sure my visit is great. I never am having to wait for a bed to be cleaned, and they go out of their way to please you. I just wanted to commend you for two of your very special employees, your store manager, MARIA! and a fairly new employee, MARINA! at your Schaumburg location on Algonquin Road. I have been a customer of yours for several years and look forward to the relaxing 12 or 20 minutes, depending on my schedule, that tanning provides. BUT, it is always made more enjoyable to see these two girls smiling faces when I come in. Though I will be "freezing" my membership starting in November, I only hope they are still there when I return in the Spring!
